We are a registered nonprofit organization based in the Presidio of San Francisco.

We are a community of people committed to supporting children worldwide who lack life’s most fundamental necessities.

We were founded in 2000 by Bay Area Residents.

We have thus far helped 100,000 children in over 13 countries and raised over 1.7 million dollars!

Always 100% of all donations go towards our projects not OWCF administrative expenses!

We are almost volunteer run, with 2 paid staff supported by 200 volunteers.

We believe local people know how to best address their countries limitations.

Champions are supporters who have seen the grassroots organization in action and raises funds while being a leader for the local organization.

Through our Champion Model, we create an umbrella of networks and provide financial and grants management services while maintaining an energized and supportive space to effectively grow within the community of collaborative global philantrophy.
